Refund Policy & Purchase Terms

Our refund policy is easily summed up in two words:

NO REFUNDS

23 years in the online business space has taught us some important things about selling trading software that has proven true time after time after time.

First, about one third of the market consists of 'serial refunders' who buy trading software with the sole intent of refunding the sale at the first opportunity.

A significant portion will buy on a Friday night and then demand a refund on Saturday morning, claiming the software failed to live up to its promise. All this while the markets were closed and trading was impossible to begin with.

Refunds are expensive for sellers as they drive up transaction costs with credit card vendors. Too many refunds and we can not only lose access to credit card processing, but also to transactional vendors.

If you're one of the people who refuse to buy without some sort of refund policy that allows you to get your money back, all I can say is good luck with your future endeavors.

If you're someone who looks at our track record of 23 years in business, the last 16 (+/-) selling automated trading software, and having one of the best selling Forex products in the entire industry, then you can buy with the confidence of knowing we will do whatever we need to in order to make you a happy Hedgehog Pro Gold and/or Titan Gold bot user.

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. In the case that your software is defective or damaged, we will exchange the product for the same software.

But understand this clearly: Once you buy it, you own it and it becomes your property.

All sales are final and and no refunds will be issued. Purchasing any of our products or services on this site means that you agree with this statement.

We have provided more than enough information about what the purchase will include on the sales page.

Please make sure you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase. If you are unsure about something, please contact us so you can be clear. 

To avoid fraudulent buyers and digital product theft, the product you purchase will be sent to the email associated with your card or PayPal account and documented in our system.

We intend on keeping a positive relationship with our payment processors. Please keep in mind that by making your purchase you agree to these terms and conditions regarding our refund policy. 

These refund policies are all part of what you said you read and agreed to. If you file a dispute, we will respond to the dispute with documentation that makes your bank/credit card/PayPal aware of what you told us you read and agreed to.

Software Requirements

All of our software requires MetaTrader 4 to run. MetaTrader 4 is a free trading platform offered by hundreds of forex brokers. By purchasing our digital software you agree that you already have or will install MetaTrader 4. MetaTrader 4 is primarily a Windows program but can be installed on other operating systems like Mac OS and Linux using virtualization. We do not support MetaTrader 5.

Robots cannot be run from mobile phones or tablets. Our software requires a personal computer, laptop, or a VPS running the Windows operating system. By purchasing, you are acknowledging you have one of these to use the software.
